Bengaluru, September 1, 2025: Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sanjeevini Group has launched a luxury residential project, The Adwaith, in Gunjur, Bengaluru east, with a sales potential of INR 1,200 crore. The project is expected to be delivered in 30 months.
The project, which will be developed under a joint development model with landowners, is spread across 8.3 acres with a total built-up area of approximately 17 lakh sq ft. The project will have 668 units across five towers in 3 and 4BHK configurations. The units are priced upwards of INR 1.7 crore. The five towers—Aarka, Avani, Anila, Aqua and Aranya—which are nature-inspired and relate to the five elements of nature.

“We are excited to announce the launch of The Adwaith in Gunjur—a rapidly growing micro-market that is becoming a preferred destination for IT professionals due to its excellent connectivity with the rest of the city,” said Umesh Gowda HA, Chairman and Founder, Sanjeevini Group.
“Thoughtfully planned for modern urban living, The Adwaith offers a harmonious blend of modern-day amenities and a sufficiently large open green space, providing a tranquil and elevated lifestyle experience. With our past track record of quality construction and amenities, and on-time delivery, we are confident that The Adwaith will set a new benchmark for luxury development in the region.”

Gunjur is also well-supported by renowned schools, hospitals and shopping malls, making it an ideal and convenient choice for homebuyers.
The project offers 73 per cent open area. It blends the tranquillity of nature with modern amenities like a 45,000 sq ft club house with world-class amenities like a heated pool and infinity pool, yoga room and sauna, salon and spa, mini theatre and party hall, indoor games, gym, business centre, etc. to cater to the growing aspirations of young professionals.
