SARE Homes’ carnival proves to be a success
SARE Homes’ real estate home carnival on Sunday at SARE Crescent ParC Township, NH-24, Ghaziabad, proved to be a resounding success with over 2000 visitors attending the event.
According to a press release, SARE’s Crescent ParC Township drew an encouraging response for spot bookings. At the carnival, SARE Homes offered 200 apartments under the Smart Advantage Payment plan, in which customers got a chance to avail a home by paying 2 per cent of the total cost as down payment.
Speaking on the occasion, Vineet Relia, MD of SARE Homes, said, “Taking one more step ahead to help the customers own their dream home, we have introduced a Smart Advantage Payment Plan where one can buy an apartment by paying 2 per cent of its total cost as down payment, provided their loan has been approved by the bank and they have to pay remaining 18 per cent in 9 instalments within two years of the allotment. The apartments will be offered at cost of Rs 32 lakh and Rs 50 lakh approx. Our GDA-approved township is in advanced stage of construction and habitation and families are living happily in Phase 1 and 2. Construction is in full swing at Phase 3.”
