Savills Appoints Emily Fell in Asia-Pacific Living Sectors Strategic Expansion

New Delhi, September 8, 2025: Savills has appointed Emily Fell as Senior Director within its Asia-Pacific Capital Markets team. Fell will focus on the firm’s regional strategy in the fast-growing living sectors, marking a significant step in Savills’s commitment to alternative asset classes.
This strategic appointment comes as institutional and private investors increasingly seek resilient, long-term income streams in the Asia-Pacific. Over 90 per cent of institutional investors in the latest ANREV Investment Intentions Survey selected residential as their preferred sector for investment into Asia-Pacific markets in 2025
Fell will provide clients with market-leading intelligence and advisory across the full spectrum of living assets, including multifamily, co-living, student accommodation, senior living and hotels.
Fell began her career in the UK student accommodation sector in 2011 before relocating to Singapore in 2015. She has advised investors across the Asia-Pacific, contributing to $4 billion in transactions across key global markets. Her work has included facilitating a major Australian co-living portfolio equity raise and providing strategic guidance on key disposals.
Her appointment strengthens the Savills Asia-Pacific team’s connections to the firm’s market-leading operational capital markets platform in Europe, enabling seamless, cross-border service to clients. Globally, Savills’s operational capital markets platform has transacted over $25 billion in assets over the past 24 months, cementing its reputation as a leader in alternative real estate investment.

Anurag Mathur, CEO, Savills India, said, “Emily’s appointment comes at a time when global investors are looking at India with renewed confidence. Her strong cross-border experience in the living sectors will further strengthen our ability to connect Indian opportunities with international capital and operating models.”
Fell said, “The investment case for the living sectors in the Asia-Pacific is compelling. On a risk-adjusted basis, these assets offer stable, durable income streams that institutional investors are searching for, and we are seeing significant growth in demand in markets like Japan, Australia and South Korea.”
She added, “I am excited to work alongside Savills local sector specialists and to connect our clients to the best opportunities by leveraging the power of our Operational Capital Markets platform.”
Emily’s appointment reinforces the firm’s commitment to innovation and leadership in alternative real estate investment.
