Savills launches first online property fest
Savills India, an international real estate advisory firm, launched its first online property festival, ‘Savills Home Fest, Goa’, on September 7.
Home fest, Goa, a specially curated online event, showcases a bouquet of properties with exclusive offers and is supported by the on-ground Savills team that offers tailor-made solutions and a seamless buying experience, said a press release.
The fest, it added, will bring together heritage and independent villas, apartments and condominiums with new-age amenities, developed by some of the best developers of Goa. These include Veera Developers, MVR Homes, Casa Del Sogno, Oikos Ventures and Tata Housing.
Shveta Jain, MD, Residential Services, Savills India, said, “Goa has always had a universal appeal offering everything that one can think of for a holistic living. While the desire for owning a second home in Goa has remained strong, the pandemic has further triggered the surge in demand in the state. And interestingly, with work-from-home becoming a widely-accepted norm, places like Goa are no longer a holiday destination. Many homebuyers are gradually treating their second homes as co-primary homes. Going forward, with improvement in infrastructure and increasing real estate activity, we only see Goa being a promising investment destination.”
