Siddha–Sejal Gp rehabilitates slum families 

Mumbai, June 26, 2023: Siddha Group have successfully completed and obtained Occupation Certificate (OC) of two Slum Rehabilitation (SRA) towers comprising of 22 and 23 floors respectively, of its project ‘Siddha Seabrook’. The project is located on Link Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai, providing housing to over 450 families, says a press release issued by the company. 

Speaking on the tenant’s rehabilitation handover process, Samyak Jain, Director, Siddha Group said, “We are happy to hand over possession of their homes to our new residents which gives them a new identity from here on. Rehabilitating them in their new home improves their living standards and enhances their lifestyle. Living in more hygienic conditions with improved marriage prospects are some positive takeaways.”
