Signature Global Appoints ACC India for Rs 320 Crore Residential Project in Gurugram

New Delhi / September 22, 2024: Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has announced the appointment of ACC India Pvt Ltd for civil, structural, and partial MEP work on all towers, basements, and other ancillary buildings in its residential group housing project,  located in Sector 84, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway, Twin Towers DXP, the company said in statement.

The Letter of Interest (LoI), dated September 12, 2024, specifies the total contract value as Rs 320 crore. It also sets the project completion period at 27 months from the start date, with an additional 3 months for the full handover of work, the statement added.
