Signature Global Awards ₹567.37-Crore Construction Contract for Daxin Vistas

Gurugram, February 19, 2025: Real estate brand Signature Global (India) Ltd. has taken a significant step by awarding construction contracts worth INR 567.37 crore for Daxin Vistas, located in Sohna, popularly known as South of Gurugram.

The announcement was made during the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of Daxin, where Signature Global also unveiled the sample flat, offering a glimpse of the superior craftsmanship and modern infrastructure that will define the township.

The contracts have been assigned to two reputed construction firms—B.L. Gupta Construction (P) Ltd. for INR 482 crore and Shri Balaji Construction for INR 85.37 crore—ensuring world-class execution of this landmark development. B.L. Gupta Construction (P) Ltd. will construct 2,792 independent floors within 36 months, while Shri Balaji Construction will handle critical external development works, including the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), stormwater drainage, irrigation, rainwater harvesting, and other essential infrastructure enhancements.
