Signature Global Awards Rs 1,144 Crore Contract for Luxury Project to Ahluwalia Contracts 

New Delhi / September 8, 2024: Signature Global has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 1,144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. The contract is for the company’s first premium residential project, ‘De-luxe DXP,’ located in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, the company said in a press statement.  

Commenting on the development, Lalit Kumar Aggarwal, Vice Chairman of Signature Global (India) Ltd., said, “We are elated to embark on the construction of our first premium project, De-luxe DXP, which reflects our vision of creating iconic residential spaces that seamlessly blend luxury and sustainability. We observed an overwhelming response from NRIs and corporate professionals during its launch, with each buyer being allotted only one unit, reflecting strong market sentiment toward real estate investment. Despite being our first premium project, De-luxe DXP created a stir in the Gurugram realty market, achieving a record pre-sale of over ₹3600 crore within just a few days of its pre-launch. With excellent connectivity to key areas, the project is designed to meet modern living expectations, providing a unique combination of comfort, practicality, and accessibility.”

Ahluwalia Contracts aims to complete the De-luxe DXP project within stipulated regulatory timeframe i.e. 5 years, the statement added. 

Spread over 16.65 acres in Sector 37D, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway, De-luxe DXP will offer 1008 units across eight towers, featuring 3BHK, 3.5BHK, 4.5BHK apartments, and penthouses. It boasts a sales potential of 28.12 lakh sqft and is designed by renowned international architects AEDAS. The project’s landscape designer is Sanju Bose, Executive Architects is DFI, structure consultant is Mahimtura Consultant, MEP consultant is Sanelac, Signature Global further stated.

The project is IGBC Gold-rated, ensuring sustainable living. In addition to the luxurious amenities, the project includes 1 lakh sq. ft. of high-street retail space, making it a self-contained urban ecosystem.
