Signature Global launches Signature Global City in Karnal

New Delhi: Delhi/NCR based realty major, Signature Global launched their another affordable project – Signature Global City in Sector 28 A, Karnal. The group will be developing its premium apartments with value pricing under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna at Karnal. With success of its 1st project, Sunrise with 348 units in sector 35, Karnal, Signature Global has now announced an investment of Rs 450 crores to develop another project. The project spreads across 30 acres of land and will render 2 and 3 BHK premium floors. The company is offering 1626 housing units, inclusive of all the modern amenities. The project is designed by Hafeez Contractor.
Signature Global has garnered an immense response by developing more than 10 affordable housing projects all in prime localities of Gurugram, Sohna and Karnal in Haryana. As per the norms of Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, the project delivery time line is 48 months. However, the company is far ahead of this timeline and is striving to deliver its projects within 36-42 months from the time of project conceptualization. Over the last 4 years, Signature Global has catered to the vast demand of residential, commercial and retail development. Now, by developing the project under the scheme in cooperation with Haryana government the group aims to pay heed to the needs of mid and budget home buyers. The premium project with value pricing uses ‘Aluminum Form work’ – a fast paced construction technique that offers strength and durability to building.
Talking about the scheme on the affordable project at Karnal, the company is planning to launch 10,000 affordable housing units across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh by this financial year. With an aim to become a key player to fulfill government’s mission of “Housing for all by 2022”, Signature Global has already launched 9648 units under Haryana Affordable Housing Scheme. By 2022, it is aiming for 1,00,000 affordable housing units across India , with 50,000 units in Haryana.
