Prof Dr PSN Rao, Head, Department of Housing at SPA , said “Precast technology is the need of the hour for India to address the housing needs of its vast population and to upgrade the Urban Infrastructure in the country. By using precast we can save time, money and environment. Bharat’s endeavour to take a pioneering step towards employing this technology in a mass housing project in such big way will encourage the industry at large in adopting this technology in near future.”
