Spaces co-working now at Adani’s Inspire Hub in Mumbai

H2 – Spaces opens its 6th property in India and second in Mumbai with Adani Realty
Spaces, the Amsterdam-based creative workspace provider part of IWG, recently inaugurated its 6th property in India and second in Mumbai. Spaces new co-working centre at Adani’s Inspire Hub in Andheri comes with a 142 seating capacity along with all amenities as per its global standard. The global leader has been steadily increasing its presence in India, focusing on major metros like Delhi, NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
Spread over an area of 50,000 square feet, Spaces at Inspire Hub hosts a wide variety of co-working spaces, meeting rooms, private offices, conference facilities and event spaces offering a creative working environment. Apart from Spaces-hosted events for knowledge sharing and networking, members can also make use of the event space to host their own events, client events, or product launches.

Speaking on the India expansion plan, Margot van der Poel, co-founder and Brand Manager APAC at Spaces informed ‘India is an important destination in our growth plans as there is an unmet growing demand for co-working spaces that provide multitude solutions across clientele bases like entrepreneurs, startups and multinational organisations’.
‘We have integrated our global experience to develop co-working spaces that boost creativity and encourage knowledge sharing across our clientele and Adanis’s Inspire Hub centre is another example of our constant endeavour to deliver quality spaces’ added Mr. Poel.
According to recent reports, Co-working firms leased nearly 7 million square feet in 2018 indicating strong segment demand. India is expected to have over 13.5 million co-working space users by 2020.
‘Co-working spaces has witnessed a meteoric rise in the last few years in India. The demand for flexible-workspaces that infuse creativity and innovation has also been equally strong from non metro locations in India’ informs Ajay Munot, CEO – Adani Realty.

Adani Realty forayed into the commercial development space in the last few years and has recently announced the launch of Inspire BKC in Mumbai and other upcoming commercial developments in Gurugram and Ahmedabad.
