Sri Lotus Developers and Realty IPO Closes at 31% premium, Market Cap Closes above $1.1 Bn

Mumbai, August 7, 2025: Shares of Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited made an impressive debut on the exchange to close at 31.23 per cent premium. The market cap closed above $1.1 billion. The scrip listed at INR 179.10 per share on the BSE, a premium of 19.40 per cent, and INR 178 per share on the NSE, a premium of 18.67 per cent.
The company’s share price closed at INR 196.85 per share on the BSE, a 31.23 per cent premium, and at INR 195.80 on the NSE, a 30.53 per cent premium. Per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 918.23 lakh shares. On BSE, the total quantity stood at 169.41 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at INR 2,035.08 crore.

The market capitalisation at today’s closing price stood at INR 9,620.53 crore, per BSE, and INR 9,569.21 crore, per NSE.
The company had offered INR 792 crore issue for subscription from July 30 to August 1. This garnered substantial interest, and the offer was subscribed to around 74 times. The qualified institutional buyer portion and the non-institutional investor portion were subscribed 175 times and 61.82 times, respectively, whereas the retail portion was subscribed 21.77 times. The employee portion was subscribed 21.37 times.
Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is a developer of residential and commercial premises in Mumbai with a focus on redevelopment projects in the ultra-luxury and luxury segments in the western suburbs under the “Lotus Developers” brand.
As of June 30, the company completed a developable area of 0.93 million square feet consisting of residential and commercial properties.
The developments focus primarily on ultra-luxury and luxury residential properties and commercial properties through construction and development of 2BHK and 3 BHK flats with a price range of INR 3 crore to INR 7 crores (luxury residential segment); construction and development of 3BHK, 4 BHK and 4+ BHK flats and penthouses with a price of above INR 7 crores (ultra-luxury residential segment together with the luxury residential segment); and construction and development of commercial offices (commercial segment).
