Sumadhura Group Launches Six Luxury Residential Projects in Bengaluru; Eyes ₹ 10,000 Cr Revenue

Bengaluru, January 8, 2026: Sumadhura Group has announced the launch of six luxury residential projects across East and North Bengaluru within FY 2026 with a combined revenue potential of INR 10,000 crore and total saleable area of over 8 million sq. ft. Spanning residential and plotted development segments, this marks the Group’s largest-ever launch and a key milestone in its growth trajectory.
This mega launch underscores Sumadhura Group’s strategic expansion across Bengaluru’s high-growth residential corridors. With this launch, Sumadhura Group aims to redefine urban living, creating communities that meet the evolving aspirations of modern homebuyers and contribute to Bengaluru’s position as a premier destination for luxury residential living.
Collectively, the projects span 90 acres of land and comprise over 4,000 residential units including more than 400 plots. Situated across East and North Bengaluru’s most sought-after micro-markets such as Whitefield, Panathur, Marathahalli–Thubarahalli, Rachenahalli, and the Devanahalli belt, these locations continue to drive residential demand supported by robust infrastructure development and proximity to key employment hubs.

Among the upcoming launches are three RERA-approved residential developments including Folium by Sumadhura- Phase 4, Sumadhura Edition and Sumadhura Solace.
In East Bengaluru, Folium by Sumadhura-Phase 4 in Whitefield offers a resort-inspired lifestyle anchored by a grand Branded Clubhouse, offering international-grade sports, fitness, wellness, and recreational amenities. Sumadhura Edition situated in Siddapura, Whitefield in East Bengaluru draws inspiration from classic British heritage architecture.
Sumadhura Solace located in Marathahalli Main Road, Thubarahalli, East Bengaluru redefines contemporary luxury with lake view residences designed to maximize openness, natural light, and spatial sophistication.
Other key developments include Sumadhura Elysium at Panathur in East Bengaluru, along with Solea by Sumadhura at Rachenahalli and Sumadhura Panorama Phase 2 at Devanahalli in North Bengaluru are scheduled for launch within FY 2026.
