Synq.work to Invest Rs 60 Cr to Add 6L SqFt Area to its Portfolio With New Centres in Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad

July 2024: Managed office space provider, Synq.Work has recently made an announcement to expand the current seating capacity from 3200 to 12,000 by adding an additional 8800 seats by December 2025. The company plans to add 6,00,000 sq. ft. total area to its existing portfolio of 4,00,000 sq. ft. with a strategic investment of Rs. 60 Cr.
Synq.work is ready to foray into new metro cities – Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Rahat Bhagat, Co-founder of Synq.work said, “In the last four years, the coworking industry has undergone a massive transformation with an upsurge in enterprises and startups looking for flexible and managed office spaces. Over the years, we have been successful in carving a distinctive niche for ourselves to stay ahead in this fiercely competitive market. Started in 2018, Synq.work has achieved 90% occupancy in its first year of operations, says a press release issued by the company.
