Table Space Expands DESYN Leadership with Four Senior Executive Hires to Drive Enterprise Growth
New Delhi, June 1, 2026: Leading flexible workspace provider Table Space has announced four strategic senior leadership appointments within DESYN, its integrated Design and Build division. The key appointments across design, commercial, and regional leadership functions come as the company seeks to scale its operating model to meet surging demand from enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across India. Launched as a technology-led extension of Table Space’s managed office portfolio, DESYN focuses on deploying agile, high-quality workspaces at enterprise speed, the company said in a press release.
As part of this strategic expansion, Shruti Ookabhoy has joined DESYN as Executive Director to head the Design vertical. Bringing over 22 years of experience in workplace strategy, design, and execution, Ookabhoy will focus on enhancing design capabilities, driving operational excellence, and developing teams across markets. She previously served as CEO of Workplace Design & Strategy at ANJ Group’s The Canvas, and has held notable leadership roles at Realty Group and Niteen Parulekar Architects Pvt. Ltd.
To anchor its regional growth, Table Space has appointed Tripta Soni as Senior Director for South India and Abhishek Kumar as Senior Director for North India. Soni, who brings over 20 years of expertise across corporate interiors, retail, and hospitality, joins from Brookfield Properties where she served as Senior GM & Head of Design. Kumar brings more than 18 years of experience in corporate interiors and design-build P&L management, having previously worked as Associate Director at Space Matrix, alongside leadership stints at Cheil India, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL.
Completing the corporate expansion, Brijesh Khambhayata has been appointed to lead the Commercial function for DESYN, taking charge of procurement efficiency, commercial governance, and cost optimization across projects. Khambhayata holds over 15 years of supply chain and contract management experience within the architecture and fit-out sector, having previously served as Associate Director of Commercial at DSP Design Associates Pvt. Ltd., as well as holding roles at ANJ Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd. and Johnson Controls (I) Pvt. Ltd.
