Table Space Partners With CleanMax to Power Managed Offices With Renewable Energy

By Realtynmore 1h ago

Bengaluru, July 13, 2026: In a major push toward sustainable commercial real estate, Table Space has entered into a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with CleanMax to develop a 2.7 MWp Group Captive Solar project in Karnataka. The newly formed partnership establishes a dedicated renewable energy capacity for Table Space’s enterprise-grade managed office portfolio, directly reducing the carbon footprint for over 500,000 square feet of office space in the state, Table Space said in a press release.

CleanMax, a commercial and industrial renewable energy player, has developed and will operate the project, ensuring the solar power will supply Table Space’s facilities immediately upon commissioning. Under the arrangement, Table Space is set to retain all environmental attributes generated by the project to advance its broader decarbonization journey.

This initiative comes as global corporations and domestic businesses face mounting pressure to account for the energy consumed across their operations, including the offices they occupy. By procuring renewable energy under a Group Captive structure, Table Space ensures that the power supplied to its state centers is clean, measurable, and operationally embedded. This approach holds its facilities to high sustainability standards that directly aid occupiers in meeting their carbon emission accountability goals.

“At Table Space, we believe sustainability is becoming a defining pillar of enterprise infrastructure. As enterprises place greater emphasis on reducing the environmental impact of their operations, the workplace has an increasingly strategic role to play. Partnering with CleanMax is our way of putting that belief into practice by ensuring the energy that powers our facilities is clean, captive, and purpose-built for our centres. This partnership is a step in strengthening the sustainability of our operations while helping our enterprise clients advance their own environmental goals,” said Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO of Table Space.

CleanMax officials emphasized that the collaboration signals a growing maturity in how the commercial real estate sector approaches climate goals. The partnership aims to build purpose-built infrastructure that provides verifiable environmental benefits to corporate clients looking to transition away from traditional power sources.
