TARC makes appointments in top positions

New Delhi, January 25, 2023: TARC Limited, announced key leadership appointments across its Sales, Marketing, Design and Architecture divisions. Anil Gupta is appointed as President Projects, Suneet Singh as Vice President, Marketing and Niloy Roy and Neeraj Garg, as Senior General Manager – Design and Architecture.

With a multi-dimensional experience of 27 years, Anil Gupta is a keen strategist and planner with rich and qualitative experience in Project Management, Planning and execution of Civil work. He has worked with renowned realty companies and during his professional journey, Anil has demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

Suneet Singh brings a cumulative 23 years of marketing and sales leadership experience to support the company’s strategic growth plans. She has a proven track record in driving business strategy, sales, marketing, and process improvements. She has a wide background in leading multiple marketing disciplines including marketing operations, digital marketing, brand building, and demand generation. Her profound experience in the real estate & retail industries at companies has helped her become a maestro in the marketing industry.

With almost 30 years of experience, Neeraj Garg has a vast knowledge in the areas of Design and Planning of MEP Services in Residential, Commercial, SEZs, SCOs, Hotels, Service Apartments, Row Houses, Town ship Before his stint at TARC, Neeraj worked with marquee brands in his career. He completed electrical engineering from R.E.C. Kurukshetra. 

Niloy Roy brings with him a collaborative experience of 22 years spearheading end-to-end design function and projects from the point of inception to handover. A Bachelor of Architecture from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and a Master’s in Building Engineering and Management from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, Niloy has successfully managed and delivered project design of area of more than 15 million sq.ft.
