Pune, August 3, 2026: TCC Concept Limited, a Pune-headquartered technology and innovation enterprise, has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, delivering substantial top-line expansion across its diversified business ecosystem. The BSE and NSE-listed company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,283 million for Q1 FY27, marking a 480.2 percent surge compared to ₹221.1 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) reached ₹463 million for the quarter, up 158.1 percent year-on-year from ₹192.8 million in Q1 FY26, yielding an EBITDA margin of 36.1 percent. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) rose 34.3 percent year-on-year to ₹126 million, compared to ₹94.2 million recorded in the same period last year, TCC Concept said in a press release.

Operationally, TCC Concept continued to execute expansion plans across its integrated portfolio, which spans consumer commerce, supply chain logistics, digital infrastructure, cloud services, PropTech, and artificial intelligence. Its omnichannel home decor brand, Pepperfry, outlined plans to add 35 new stores by August 2026 as part of its strategy to expand its physical retail network toward more than 250 locations across metro, Tier 1, and Tier 2 markets. Concurrently, its big-box logistics arm, PepCart, expanded its Logistics-as-a-Service capabilities, leveraging a strategic alliance with Shiprocket to offer end-to-end warehousing, delivery, and installation solutions to third-party merchants.

In the digital infrastructure segment, the group strengthened its core capabilities through NES Data, which provides data centre capacity, and MyFlopy, an emerging private cloud and secure storage platform. These operations, alongside AI and real-estate platforms TryThat.ai and Brantford, form what the company terms its “One Ecosystem, Six Engines” strategy, designed to share technology, data, and fulfillment resources across multiple growth drivers.

Commenting on the quarterly performance, Umesh Sahay, Chairman & Managing Director of TCC Concept Limited, highlighted the progress across the firm’s interconnected business arms. “Q1 FY27 marked another quarter of strong growth and strategic progress as we continued to scale TCC’s integrated platform across consumer commerce, digital infrastructure and technology-led businesses,” Sahay said. “Pepperfry continues to strengthen our consumer and omnichannel presence, while PepCart is expanding the fulfilment capabilities that support the broader ecosystem. At the same time, we are building the next layer of growth through digital infrastructure, with NES Data providing data-centre capacity and MyFlopy strengthening our private cloud and secure storage proposition.”

Sahay added that the company’s focus remains on operational integration to deliver sustained performance across its various verticals. “Our strategy is to connect these capabilities with our AI and PropTech platforms to create an ecosystem where consumer reach, fulfilment, infrastructure, data and intelligence reinforce each other,” Sahay said. “This provides TCC with multiple growth engines across businesses with different revenue and margin characteristics. As we scale the platform, our focus remains on disciplined execution, operating synergies and building sustainable revenue streams across the ecosystem. We believe this integrated approach positions TCC to create sustainable long-term value for our shareholders.”
