Under Bokolia’s stewardship, TDI Infracorp aims to adopt a data-first approach to growth. By leveraging market research, predictive analytics, and consumer insights, the Group plans to stay ahead of demand cycles, optimize project pipelines, and ensure sustainable, future-ready developments.
Commenting on his appointment, Bokolia said: “I am honoured to lead TDI Infracorp at such a transformative moment. NCR is one of the most competitive and dynamic property markets in India, and success here depends on foresight, transparency, and execution backed by data. My goal is to strengthen TDI’s position as a trusted partner for buyers while driving sustainable growth across residential, commercial, Plotted Development and mixed-use segments.”
