‘The Legend by Ashar’ Achieves Rs 500 cr Sales

Mumbai, December 3, 2024: Ashar Group announced that its uber-luxurious project, ‘The Legend by Ashar’ on Pali Hill, Bandra, has achieved a significant milestone, crossing Rs 500 crore in sales within 15 months of its launch. 

This sales milestone follows the record-breaking sale of a 9,527-square-foot triplex to Apco, Infratech Private Limited at Rs 1.81 lakhs per square foot—one of the highest-value real estate transactions in 2024. The transactions at this project happened at an average rate of Rs 1.71 lakhs per sq. ft., informs a press release issued by the company.
