Mumbai, February 17, 2026: Ashar Group has announced that its flagship luxury project, The Legend by Ashar, has received its Occupancy Certificate (OC) – a remarkable 20 months ahead of its original RERA-mandated completion date of 2028. Transactions are now averaging approximately ₹1.65 lakh per square feet, with the penthouse deal touching ₹1.81 lakh per square feet, underscoring sustained demand amid limited inventory. The project has recorded over ₹500 crore in sales, supported by growing interest from HNIs and institutional buyers. Buyer preferences increasingly reflect a discerning shift towards bespoke design, curated art-integrated spaces which includes the commissioned Jaideep Mehta artwork in the lobby and low-density, experiential living environments over conventional high-rise formats.
