The Office Pass (TOP) to triple its Co-working Office Capacity with expansion in Gurugram

Gurugram, August 31, 2023: Coworking operator The Office Pass (TOP) has announced the expansion of its existing centres on the Gold Course Road in Gurugram. The Company will add 350 seats to its existing centre in Paras Downtown Center, taking the total seat number to 510. The new Co-working office will be located on the Golf Course Road and in close proximity to the Sec 53-54 metro station, it said in a press statement. The complete floor size will be over 26,000 sq ft and will be operational before Diwali.

Commenting on this growth, Aditya Verma, Founder & CEO of The Office Pass (TOP) said, “Indian SMBs often work out of homes, basements, and unauthorised colonies because of cost pressures and tend to experience challenges such as low-quality basic infrastructure like internet, power, sub-optimal building maintenance and poor office interiors Thus, SMBs find it difficult to hire and retain talent. They lose business and are unable to grow. However, post Demonetization in 2016, GST introduction in 2017 and the popularity of Unified Payment Interface (UPI) formalization of SMBs is rapid and the need for formal offices for SMBs has been increasing. This presents an untapped opportunity and this new expansion complements the steep surge in demand for flexible workspace in recent quarters”.
Over the next three years, TOP intends to expand to 100 offices in 7+ Indian cities with over 1000 companies as customers. With this new addition of two floors to its existing office on Golf Course Road, it now owns 14 Co-working offices in the country with six centres on Golf Course Road alone.
