The Wadhwa Group launches two new towers in Phase-I of its project at Panvel
The Wadhwa Group has launched two new towers in Phase-I of its project, Wadhwa Wise City, at Panvel.
Spread across 138 acres, Wadhwa Wise City is part of a 450-acre land parcel to be developed by The Wadhwa Group, said a press release, It is the first-ever integrated township project in NAINA (Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area), said the release.
The two new towers will comprise spacious 1 and 2-bed balcony residences with carpet areas starting from approx. 385 sq. ft. to 535 square feet, it added.
The integrated township includes 23 towers in single cluster that are planned in multiple phases.
Navin Makhija, Managing Director, The Wadhwa Group, said, “With continuous demand from first-time buyers and a growing need to have a second or independent house, we are delighted to announce the launch of few new towers and bungalow scheme at Wadhwa Wise City, Panvel, which has been designed keeping the buyer’s overall wellness and all the lifestyle needs in mind.”
