TVS Emerald Altura Records Rs 650 Crore Plus in Launch-Day Bookings
Bangalore, August 26, 2026: TVS Emerald, part of TVS VENU, announced the successful conclusion of the launch for TVS Emerald Altura, its latest residential project in Sathanur, North Bengaluru. Driven by rising demand for premium housing in the region, the launch recorded bookings worth over Rs 650 crore on its first day, said in a press release.
Spread across a 10.06-acre land parcel, the TVS Emerald Altura development comprises 12 towers featuring residential homes, supported by more than 35 amenities and two central clubhouses.
North Bengaluru has grown into a notable residential hub in recent years due to infrastructure investments, proximity to Kempegowda International Airport and the Aerospace and Defence Park, expanding commercial employment centers, and improved regional connectivity. Sathanur has specifically established itself as a key micro-market within North Bengaluru, supported by rapid infrastructure development and expanding residential projects.
The launch follows the performance of TVS Emerald Auralis, the developer’s previous project in the same locality, which sold out within a few months of its initial market release.
