TVS ILP’s Hosur Facility Gears Up to Meet Festive Season Demand For Ather
Mumbai, September 17, 2025: The festive season sparks a surge in consumer demand across India, and TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) is helping brands stay ahead of the curve with world- class, Grade-A, Built-To-Suit (BTS) facilities. From speed to scale, with a wide network of logistics parks, TVS ILP is enabling the automobile sector, including e-mobility, to scale manufacturing, deliver faster, optimise costs, and reduce their carbon footprint.
This year’s festive season is expected to boost automobile sales, driven by strong consumer demand and rising adoption across Tier II and III cities. Within this trend, the two-wheeler electric vehicle segment is gaining strong traction and will be further supported by the upcoming GST 2.0 reform. While the electric motorbikes market is getting competitive, Ather Energy recorded the second- highest sales of EVs in August. Notably, Ather’s largest EV manufacturing centre in India is located at TVS ILP’s Hosur facility, developed on a BTS model and delivered within record timelines. Opening a facility in Hosur helped Ather achieve a production rate of one vehicle every 0.46 seconds which helped improve their manufacturing output.
During festive peaks for Ather, TVS ILP is planning to increase EV charging infrastructure, optimizing space at battery manufacturing plant and provide value added services to manage inventory. Also, TVS ILP’s strategically located facility at Hosur helps Ather streamline distribution pan-India.

Reflecting on the commitment to deliver the best, Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director, TVS ILP, said, “At TVS ILP, our focus has always been on enabling our clients to scale efficiently during critical periods like the festive season. Every brand has unique operational needs, and we work closely with them to design and deliver infrastructure that supports their increased inventory requirement, surge in manufacturing demand, and streamlined distribution. By positioning parks closer to consumption hubs, we help our partners stay ahead of demand surges while maintaining service excellence. This client-centric approach is what allows us to be more than just an infrastructure provider—we are a long-term partner in their growth journeys.”

Sanjeev Kumar Singh, Chief Operating Officer, Ather Energy said, “The festive season has always been a period of strong momentum for the auto industry, and we’re seeing the same play out for EVs as well. At Ather, TVS ILP’s infrastructural and tech-enabled solutions have enabled timely, cost-effective expansion. Their phase wise model for us aligns well with our focus on sustainable manufacturing and operational efficiency, especially at a time when demand is at its peak.”
As India’s festive season continues to set new records in consumption, logistics is becoming the backbone of how brands deliver on customer expectations. TVS ILP ensures that businesses can manage peak loads and deliveries seamlessly while staying prepared for sustained growth beyond the festive period. TVS ILP’s infrastructure includes industrial and logistics parks designed to cater to the diverse needs of clients, providing customized solutions for different industry verticals within an integrated operational network.
