UK Realty Launches Celestique Gardens in Goregaon East
Mumbai, September 24, 2026: Real estate developer UK Realty has announced the launch of Celestique Gardens, a residential project located in Goregaon East, Mumbai. Spanning one acre, the development features a single ground-plus-39-story tower comprising 289 units. The project expands the company’s total Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) development footprint to approximately 38 lakh sq. ft, UK Realty said in a press release.
The development offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences with RERA carpet areas of 460 sq. ft, 704 sq. ft, and 1,100 sq. ft, respectively. Configured with four apartments per floor, each unit incorporates Vastu-compliant layouts, natural light design, cross-ventilation, and a full-depth private deck. UK Realty projects an estimated sales value of Rs 470 crore from the development.
Devanshu Bansal, Director of UK Realty, said, “Goregaon East has been establishing itself as a residential and commercial hub of the western suburb. Its proximity to major commercial centres and improved connectivity, thanks to the metro lines, has seen the region top supply of upper, lower-mid and affordable houses this quarter.”
The project includes lifestyle, wellness, and outdoor amenities such as the Astral Sky Lounge, Celestial Botanical Garden, Zen Garden Pavilion, Celestique Fitness Centre, and specialized spaces for children and senior citizens. Built-in infrastructure features multi-tier access control, automated car parking, electric vehicle charging provisions, rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment systems, and energy-efficient common areas.
Goregaon East has seen increased residential activity driven by infrastructure developments like Metro Line 7 and nearby commercial hubs, including NESCO and Lotus Corporate Park. The project adds to UK Realty’s current operational volume in the region. The company has delivered approximately 16.34 lakh sq. ft to date and maintains around 21.95 lakh sq. ft under construction across four active projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
