Urban Square signs up Pantaloons and Thick Shake Factory

Bhumika Group has announced that Pantaloons and Thick Shake Factory have leased out space at its Urban Square Mall in Udaipur.

While Pantaloon has taken up 17,000 sqft, Thick Shake Factory has signed up 1,100 sqft, said a press release issued by the real estate developer.

“Brands are looking at the potential of Urban Square Mall, and we are happy that we can bring world-class lifestyle to the people. The possession at the project will start soon as we are working according to the RERA commitment,” said Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director, Bhumika Group.

Spread over 1.8 million square feet, Urban Square is a hospitality-focused mixed-use development with a balanced mix of commercial, retail, hospitality and entertainment.
