UrbanVault Expands into Chennai with 100,000 Sq. Ft. of Workspace Across Three Properties
Chennai, September 2, 2026: Managed and flexible workspace provider UrbanVault has announced its entry into the Chennai market, adding approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of workspace across three properties. The new additions include Olympia Teknos and UV IPL in Guindy, along with Ceebros Chambers on Velachery Main Road, bringing over 2,000 seats to the city’s commercial infrastructure, UrbanVault said in a press release.
The expansion marks Chennai as the company’s seventh market, pushing its national portfolio past 3 million sq. ft. across more than 80 centers. Supported by rising enterprise demand for managed workspace and facility management solutions, UrbanVault expects its annual revenue to cross Rs 350 crore in FY27.
Amal Mishra, Co-Founder & CEO, UrbanVault, said, “Chennai doesn’t need another operator pitching hospitality-grade lobbies. It needs workspace that is ready when businesses need it. That is the proposition we have taken to every city we have entered. Every city we’ve entered started as a bet. Chennai is the one we’re not hedging on, this is where we expect to build one of our largest clusters outside Bengaluru, not a side market we visit once a quarter.”
The local portfolio features the 15,000 sq. ft. fifth floor at Grade-A tech park Olympia Teknos and the newly constructed 25,000 sq. ft. standalone UV IPL building in Guindy. Its largest asset, Ceebros Chambers, spans over 50,000 sq. ft. along the Velachery Main Road commercial corridor and can accommodate up to 1,200 seats with dedicated recreational spaces and a terrace cafeteria.
Beyond core co-working spaces, the company is scaling its integrated model to offer end-to-end workplace services covering design, fit-outs, and facility management for growing technology and enterprise clients.
