Vishal Dadlani Sells Commercial Unit in Mumbai for Rs 3.34 Crore

Mumbai, October 7, 2026: Vishal Moti Dadlani, an acclaimed Indian singer, songwriter, and music composer, has sold a commercial unit in Goregaon West, Mumbai, for Rs 3.34 crore. According to a press release based on property registration documents reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards on the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the transaction was registered in October 2026.

The property is situated in the commercial development Shalimar Miracle, located in Goregaon West. The sold unit spans a carpet area of 641.00 sq. ft. (59.55 sq. m.) and a total built-up area of 769.51 sq. ft. (71.49 sq. m.). The real estate deal incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs 20.04 lakh along with registration fees amounting to Rs 30,000.

The commercial property was originally purchased in 2016 for Rs 3.25 crore. Over the decade-long holding period, the asset generated an overall return of approximately 2.8%.

Goregaon West remains one of Mumbai’s established residential and commercial hubs, offering connectivity through the Western Express Highway, SV Road, Link Road, Goregaon railway station, and the Mumbai Metro. The neighborhood features a mix of residential societies, commercial spaces, and retail developments, benefiting from proximity to business corridors like Andheri, Malad, and Jogeshwari, alongside social infrastructure including Inorbit Mall, Film City, and Aarey Forest.

Vishal Dadlani, who is one half of the electronic music duo Pentagram, is recognized for his playback singing and soundtrack compositions in Hindi cinema, including hit tracks such as Dhoom Again, Baby Doll, Malhari, Jai Jai Shivshankar, and Badtameez Dil.
