Wadhwa Group Begins Construction Work of Atmosphere O2 project

The Wadhwa Group, in association with MICL and Chandak Group, performed Bhumi Pujan and commenced PPC work of its project Atmosphere O2 Towers, on Goregaon-Mulund Link Road in Mumbai on Janamashtami day.

The project, which was launched few months back, aims at offering the ‘best of both worlds’ – be it work-life balance, seamless connectivity, or a quality home with the best lifestyle amenities, said a press release issued by the company. The launch witnessed sales of over 200 homes in a span of three weeks, it added.
Navin Makhija, Managing Director of the Wadhwa Group ,said, “After the roaring success of Atmosphere which boasts of on-time delivery of this iconic structure with quality construction and a distinguished lifestyle with 700+ happy families residing here, we are delighted to start construction of our next phase Atmosphere O2.”

He thanked all the labourers who have returned to work. “During the lockdown, we have ensured proper care and safety of our construction workers and it will continue to remain our utmost priority”, he said.
Located in Mumbai’s most buzzing central suburb, Atmosphere O2 will provide breathtaking views of the mangroves and the creek just like the Atmosphere, said the company release. The project, spread across 4.72 acres with up to 85 per cent open spaces, will offer lifestyle 2, 2.5 & 3-bed residences.
