WAL Developments Launches Serenia Wellness Residences in Gurugram’s Sector 92
Gurugram, October 22, 2026: WAL Developments has launched Serenia Wellness Residences, a premium residential project in Sector 92, Gurugram, with prices starting at Rs 1.5 crore, according to a press release issued by the company.
Spread across 4.57 acres, the development will feature 416 three-BHK residences across two towers, offering configurations of 1,250 square feet and 1,350 square feet.
