Workerz Bets Big On Managed Office Market In Coimbatore: Commits 3 Lakh Sq Ft With VEERAS INFRA

Coimbatore, August 26, 2025: Work Easy Space Solutions Private Limited (WorkEZ), one of India’s fastest-growing managed office space providers, is proud to announce the signing of 1,00,000 sq ft in Coimbatore. The new facility is strategically located at the entry point of the city’s most sought-after IT corridor, Saravanampatti, a hub for IT, GCCs, and fintech firms.

WorkEZ has committed to 3,00,000 sq ft in Coimbatore. Phase 1, about 1,00,000 sq ft, is scheduled to go live by November. The project has already seen an overwhelming response from clients. Over 90 per cent of the space has been pre-committed, including a major deal with PwC (US division), making it one of the most successful pre-leases for WorkEZ in the managed office market in Coimbatore.
