Xebia’s New Chennai Office to Power AI-Led Delivery and Double Talent Base by 2026
Chennai, December 22, 2025: AI-first leader in digital transformation and IT consulting Xebia has announced the expansion of its Chennai office, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth in India. The expansion reinforces Xebia’s commitment to building a future-ready, AI-driven workforce and strengthening delivery capabilities across Data, AI, native engineering, and digital transformation.
The expanded facility offers additional capacity for over 200 professionals. It will house both technology and business roles and operate as a key offshore development hub serving clients in BFSI, travel, retail, and emerging sectors. Xebia plans to double its current Chennai workforce by 2026 with a strong emphasis on recruiting and upskilling local talent.

The company is also partnering with local universities and NGOs to promote digital inclusion and skill development in the region.
The opening of the expanded Chennai office reaffirms Xebia’s long-term commitment to India as a center of innovation, sustainability, and talent development.
