2016 The Year That Was

Like any other year, 2016 also brought forth major developments impacting the real estate sector. While the regular for the sector became a reality with the Parliament passage to the RERA Bill and Smart City mission of the Prime Minister saw further movement, the most momentous happening of the year was the demonetisation decision of the Government. R&M Events Team got into overdrive this year and conducted three successful events in the months of January, May and August. Among the top personalities interviewed by R&M in 2016 were PNB Housing Finance MD, NMRC head and Vice-Chairmen of DDA and the Ghaziabad Development Authority.
