Rathnasabapathy steps into the role with more than 10 years of deep expertise across commercial real estate advisory, enterprise sales, and the flexible workspace industry. Prior to joining 315Work Avenue, she built a robust professional background through her work with prominent industry names including CBRE, Simpliwork, JLL, and Smartworks.
