Bengaluru, March 02, 2026: Bengaluru-based real estate developer Fortune Primero has officially secured RERA approval for its inaugural residential venture, ‘Seven Sarjapur’. The project, situated on the rapidly developing Sarjapur-Attibele corridor, represents a strategic pivot for the firm, which has spent over three decades establishing a reputation for excellence within the commercial real estate sector. The 15-acre development is designed as a self-sustained ecosystem, dedicating 11 acres to high-rise residential towers and four acres to an integrated commercial and retail hub.

Market response to the development has been notably strong, with over 400 families already registering their interest through Expressions of Interest (EOIs). The company has scheduled the formal unit allocation process for March 7th and 8th, 2026, noting that a revised pricing structure will be implemented immediately following this period, effective March 9th. The project’s strategic location provides seamless connectivity to the region’s major IT hubs, healthcare centers, and educational institutions, positioning it as a primary address for modern families seeking elevated living standards in a well-connected corridor.
