Omaxe Achieves Record Sales with Omaxe Residences and The Grand Europe in Faridabad
Faridabad, March 7, 2026: Omaxe, a real estate developer, has announced an unprecedented market response to its latest RERA-approved developments in Faridabad. The projects, launched through its wholly-owned subsidiary Omaxe World Street Pvt. Ltd., saw 100 percent of their initial inventories exhausted within days, signaling a robust demand for ultra-luxury residential and premium commercial spaces in the city.
According to a press statement, the sales performance has set a new benchmark for the region’s real estate sector. Under Phase 1 of “Omaxe Residences,” all 173 ultra-luxury residential units were successfully sold out shortly after the launch. Simultaneously, the commercial project, “The Grand Europe,” experienced an even more aggressive uptake, with all 120 launched units being 100 percent subscribed and completely sold out on the very first day.
Meanwhile, Omaxe is injecting a combined estimated investment of over Rs 1,060 crore into the local real estate ecosystem to support these massive developments. According to CA Certificates submitted to the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), the estimated project cost for Omaxe Residences stands at Rs 927.20 crore, while The Grand Europe is valued at Rs 133.78 crore. Both projects are integral components of the “World Street by Omaxe” mixed-use development, which aims to create a “smart city” environment where residents can live, work, and shop in one integrated hub.
Market analysts note that while Faridabad has historically hosted a high concentration of High Net Worth Individuals in legacy sectors like 14, 15, and 17, the city has lacked a dedicated ultra-luxury residential address. Omaxe Residences aims to bridge this gap by introducing international living standards with average unit realizations ranging from Rs 3 crore to Rs 4 crore. Complementing this, The Grand Europe introduces European-style high-street commercial viability to the city, offering Shop-cum-Offices (SCOs) starting from 70 square yards.
The momentum follows the December 2025 launch of the World Street London Extension, which also received a strong response, underscoring a sustained appetite for curated commercial formats. Strategically located in Sector 79, these projects benefit from Faridabad’s rapidly upgrading infrastructure, including proximity to the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, the upcoming Jewar Airport, and the Bata Chowk Metro Station.

Omaxe Residences (HRERA-PKL-FBD-848-2026) and The Grand Europe (HRERA-PKL-FBD-849-2026) are scheduled for completion by December 2030 and August 2030, respectively. With a limited supply of premium land parcels in the area, these developments are expected to hold significant appreciation potential for long-term investors and end-users alike.
