Jai Raj Ispat Unveils Flagship ‘ATOOT’ TMT Bars; Announces Major Expansion at Kurnool Plant

New Delhi, March 7, 2026: Jai Raj Ispat Limited, known for its high-quality TMT bars and structural steel products, has launched its flagship product, Jai Raj ATOOT Fe 550 D TMT Bars. The company stated in a press release that the new bars are specifically engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern high-rise buildings and infrastructure projects, while also providing premium quality for individual home builders. The “ATOOT” line is described as a significant leap in structural integrity and seismic safety.

The announcement coincided with a showcase of the company’s Kurnool facility, which stands as the second primary steel producer in Andhra Pradesh. Utilizing a world-class process route that includes a blast furnace, Energy Optimising Furnace (EOF), and Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF), the plant produces steel from virgin iron ore and coke. Currently operating at an installed capacity of 0.50 million tonnes per annum, the management revealed ambitious plans to double this capacity by 2026-27. The facility’s use of state-of-the-art Italian Endless Casting and Rolling (ECR) technology is expected to be a major driver in boosting the company’s annual revenue to a minimum of INR 5,000 crore within two years.

During the “ATOOT ANDHRA” launch event, which gathered authorized distributors and prominent dealers from across the state, the company demonstrated the superior quality achieved through its advanced manufacturing processes. The event culminated in the official product unveiling and the first round of inaugural bookings from dealers. Industry attendees expressed high confidence in the product’s potential, noting that the Fe 550 D grade is poised to set a new benchmark for construction safety and strength throughout the region.
