TREVOC Royal Residences Opens Sample Apartment and Sales Gallery
Gurugram, October 20, 2026: Real estate firm TREVOC Group has opened its sample apartment and sales gallery at TREVOC Royal Residences, according to a press release issued by the company. The unveiling allows existing buyers, channel partners, investors, and prospective clients to examine the project’s design, spatial layouts, and specifications in person.
The sample apartment showcases the planned material palette, interior finishes, and technology provisions. Key specifications include Italian marble flooring in the living, dining, and master bedroom areas, alongside wooden flooring in other bedrooms. The residences feature equipped modular kitchens with built-in appliances, sanitaryware and CP fittings from Villeroy & Boch, Kohler, or equivalent brands, Legrand smart-home provisions, and VRV/VRF air conditioning. Additional features include fresh-air treatment systems, double-glazed aluminium sliding doors, automated curtain provisions, SOS emergency switches, and wrap-around balconies with glass railings.
The company stated that it is currently working toward completing the residential development ahead of its originally planned timeline while maintaining its defined quality standards.
