Sunday PropTech Announces 5% EBITDA Dividend Payout Following Strategic ₹800 Crore Asset Acquisition
New Delhi, March 23, 2026: In a move signaling robust fiscal health and a commitment to investor returns, Sunday PropTech Limited, the PRISM-backed hospitality ownership firm also known as OYO Assets, has announced a dividend payout equivalent to 5% of its annual EBITDA. The distribution, funded entirely through the company’s operating cash flows, marks a significant milestone in its first full year of operations and underscores a disciplined approach to capital allocation.
The payout comes as the company reports a proforma EBITDA of approximately ₹60 crore, a figure that reflects the improving performance of its growing portfolio. Sunday PropTech has focused its strategy on acquiring and developing high-quality assets within the premium and mid-premium hospitality sectors globally. By leveraging its current momentum, the firm is targeting aggressive year-on-year growth for the 2027 fiscal year, supported by a strengthened acquisition pipeline and enhanced operating leverage.

“Our objective is to build a high-quality hospitality asset portfolio that delivers both sustainable growth and consistent cash returns,” said Saurav Agarwal, Board Member of Sunday PropTech, while commenting on the distribution. “The dividend payout reflects the strength of our operating model and our confidence in the long-term cash-generating potential of the company, while continuing to reinvest prudently for future growth.”
The company’s growth trajectory was further bolstered by the recent acquisition of eight premium serviced-apartment hotels, valued at approximately ₹800 crore. These assets are set to be integrated into the PRISM brand ecosystem – including Sunday Hotels and Belvilla – utilizing PRISM’s full-stack technology and centralized revenue management platforms to optimize occupancy and margins. The acquisition was executed through a strategic mix of debt and equity, remaining consistent with the company’s established financial framework.
As Sunday PropTech continues to scale, the dividend serves as a signal to the market regarding the stability of its earnings. By balancing shareholder returns with the acquisition of high-value properties, the company aims to maintain a dual focus on immediate cash generation and long-term capital appreciation across its international hospitality footprint.
