Euro Pratik Sales Expands National Footprint with ₹33.20 Crore Acquisition of Chawla Brothers
Mumbai, March 23, 2026:
In a move that significantly reshapes the competitive landscape of the interior solutions industry, Euro Pratik Sales Limited has officially announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Chawla Brothers. The deal, valued at ₹33.20 crore, includes a strategic capital infusion of ₹4.1 crore. This transaction is slated for completion by March 31, 2026, and will be financed entirely through Euro Pratik’s internal accruals, underscoring the company’s robust financial health and debt-free balance sheet, the company said in a press statement.
The acquisition of the North India-based decorative surfaces giant represents Euro Pratik’s second major expansion in just four months. Following the recent integration of URO Veneer World, which bolstered the company’s standing in the southern markets, this latest venture is designed to create a scalable, integrated distribution platform across the northern belt. By bringing Chawla Brothers into its portfolio, Euro Pratik effectively secures a veteran player with over five decades of market experience and a deep-rooted reputation established since 1978.
Chawla Brothers currently maintains an extensive distribution network of over 450 dealers, with primary operations centered in Jalandhar and Ludhiana. Its influence spans across Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh, covering vital Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The firm’s business model serves a diverse demographic, ranging from wholesale B2B channels to direct B2C retail consumers, including high-value partnerships with architects, builders, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Reflecting on the strategic importance of the deal, Pratik Singhvi, Chairman and Managing Director of Euro Pratik Sales Limited, stated, “This acquisition is a key milestone in our growth journey as we continue to build a strong pan-India presence. Following the successful integration of URO Veneer World in South India, the acquisition of Chawla Brothers strengthens our foothold in North India. With a net debt-free balance sheet and strong internal accruals, we are well-positioned to pursue value-accretive growth opportunities while enhancing our distribution capabilities and product reach. We will continue to evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities as they arise.”
The integration is expected to yield immediate operational advantages, allowing Euro Pratik to swap out competing products with its own proprietary offerings across Chawla Brothers’ established network. Beyond simple product penetration, the company aims to capitalize on regional brand equity and improved logistics efficiency provided by existing infrastructure. By leveraging long-standing relationships with local interior designers and contractors, Euro Pratik is poised to accelerate its growth in previously underpenetrated regions, further solidifying its status as a dominant national leader in the organized decorative wall panel sector.
