CREDAI NCR Hosts Spirited Cricket Match for Next-Gen Real Estate Leaders

The Jamia Hamdard Cricket Ground became a hub of competitive camaraderie as CREDAI NCR, the regional chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, hosted a high-energy 20-20 cricket match for its Youth Wing. Bringing together representatives from more than 30 real estate companies, the event was designed to foster networking and strengthen professional bonds among the industry’s emerging leadership through the medium of sport, the organization said in a press release.
The match featured a fierce competition between the Blue Team, led by Vishesh Gaur, and the Yellow Team, captained by Manas Modi. The Blue Team took to the crease first, setting a target of 127 runs over their 20-over allotment. However, the Yellow Team demonstrated dominant form during the chase, successfully reaching the target in just 12 overs to secure a decisive victory. The standout individual performance of the day came from Lakshay Totlani, who was named Man of the Match after a stellar innings of 68 runs.
Beyond the action on the field, the event carried a strong message of sustainability and professional development. In a gesture aligned with CREDAI’s Green Initiative, the association presented planters to all participating players and the Man of the Match, emphasizing environmental consciousness within the sector. The team rosters featured prominent young figures from the regional property market, including players such as Imran Akbar, Nikhil Hawelia, Jatin Goel, and Sarthi Goel, all representing their respective firms in a display of sportsmanship.

The Yellow Team edged ahead on the day, but it was a great outing for everyone.
