BPTP Strengthens Leadership Team with Appointment of Shalini Jha as Senior Vice President of Marketing


Gurugram, April 20, 2026: BPTP Limited, a real estate development firm, has named Shalini Jha as its new Senior Vice President of Marketing. In this strategic leadership role, Jha is tasked with overseeing the company’s comprehensive marketing functions, with a primary focus on brand strategy, corporate communications, and customer engagement initiatives across both residential and commercial sectors, the company said in a press release.
Jha joins the organization with an extensive professional background spanning over 22 years. Her career includes significant cross-sector expertise in real estate, retail, hospitality, banking, finance, and public relations. Throughout her tenure in these consumer-driven industries, she has established a reputation for managing substantial marketing budgets and executing integrated strategies that encompass digital marketing, high-profile partnerships, and experiential branding. Additionally, she has maintained a strong presence in the professional landscape through her active engagement with major industry bodies, including CREDAI, ASSOCHAM, CII, NASSCOM, and FICCI.
Prior to her transition to BPTP, Jha held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing at Krisumi Corporation. During her time there, she was responsible for steering the marketing strategy and campaign execution for the company’s diverse portfolio. This previous experience in high-end real estate positioning is expected to play a critical role as BPTP seeks to expand its influence within the National Capital Region (NCR).
