Saya Group Secures 1.27 Lakh Sq. Ft. in Major Retail Leasing Surge at Saya SouthX

Greater Noida, May 2, 2026: Real estate major Saya Group has announced the cumulative leasing of approximately 1.27 lakh sq. ft. of retail space at its Saya SouthX development in Greater Noida West. The project, designed as an ultra-luxury high-street destination, has secured a diverse portfolio of tenants spanning lifestyle, food and beverage, gaming, and entertainment sectors, the company said in a press release.

The latest leasing round features a curated mix of established and niche brands, including McDonald’s, Badami’s, The BBQ Company, Sardari, and Rubarru (The Beer Mug). The entertainment and leisure segment is further bolstered by the addition of Funky Island, Blaaze, and the I Luv Food court. According to the developer, this momentum is expected to continue, with an additional 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space currently in a strong leasing pipeline and projected for closure within the next month.

Spanning over 12,000 sq. m., the integrated ecosystem of Saya SouthX is strategically positioned to tap into a massive urban catchment area. The development anticipates serving over 3 lakh visitors, supported by its proximity to dense residential hubs in Noida and Ghaziabad. The recent inauguration of the Noida International Airport is also expected to act as a catalyst for the region, enhancing connectivity and solidifying the area’s status as a high-growth consumption corridor.

Beyond traditional retail, the project is structured to offer a comprehensive social experience, featuring dedicated dining zones, business suites, and high-energy entertainment formats.
