Abhee Ventures Scales Up Bengaluru Footprint with New Premium Housing and Township Projects

Bengaluru, May 13, 2026: Real estate developer Abhee Ventures has announced a strategic expansion of its residential portfolio, targeting Bengaluru’s high-growth corridors with a suite of premium apartments, villas, and plotted developments. Since its inception in 2009, the firm has delivered over 25 projects, and this latest move signals a deepened commitment to the city’s most competitive micro-markets, including Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, and Electronic City. The expansion comes at a time when sustained demand for luxury housing and rapid infrastructure development are reshaping the city’s urban landscape, the company said in a press release.

Under the leadership of Managing Director R Nagaraj Reddy, the company has evolved from executing early-stage residential builds to managing a diverse portfolio that includes high-rise towers and expansive integrated townships. The developer’s current footprint spans key employment and connectivity hubs such as Hennur, Hebbal, Chandapura, and Bellary Road. Company officials noted that their development strategy is specifically designed to capitalize on emerging residential clusters where proximity to tech hubs and recent infrastructure upgrades continue to drive buyer interest.
Several major projects are currently driving the firm’s momentum. Near Gunjur Lake, the 12-acre Abhee Aaria development offers units ranging from 1 to 4 BHK, emphasizing open spaces and integrated amenities. Meanwhile, Abhee Serenity Springs, located near the Electronic City metro corridor, provides mid-sized apartment configurations across 4.5 acres. The firm has also made significant strides in high-rise living with Abhee Celestial City on the Sarjapur–Whitefield Road corridor, and in the plotted segment with Abhee Tranquila, a 20-acre villa plot development on Sarjapur-Attibele Road.
Looking ahead, Abhee Ventures is set to launch an ambitious 45-acre township on the Whitefield-Sarjpur Road corridor. This massive project is expected to feature residential units from 2 to 4.5 BHK and will include high-end community infrastructure such as a private lake and a golf course. The company stated that its operational framework remains rooted in transparency, construction quality, and strict adherence to planning standards, utilizing modern construction technologies to enhance space utilization and building efficiency.
