New Delhi, May 14, 2026: AirBrick Infra, an AI-powered commercial design and build firm, has announced an aggressive multi-dimensional expansion strategy aimed at a ₹150 crore revenue milestone. To support its 100% year-on-year growth, the company has inaugurated a new headquarters and established regional offices in Noida, Bengaluru, Surat, Mumbai, and Delhi. Currently operating across more than 65 cities, the firm is scaling its distributed execution network to meet the rising demand for premium commercial interiors, the company said in a press release.

The expansion coincides with a significant boom in Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across India, which has spiked the need for technology-enabled office environments in hubs like Bengaluru and Gurugram. AirBrick is leveraging AI-enabled space planning and real-time project tracking to deliver scalable workspace solutions for co-working, retail, and healthcare segments. The company is also forming strategic partnerships with managed office operators to facilitate future growth across India and the Middle East.

Founder and CEO Sanjeev Bhandari highlighted the firm’s focus on technology and operational agility as the drivers for this scaling. “This expansion reflects our confidence in the future of India’s commercial infrastructure and workspace ecosystem. We are building AirBrick to support businesses that are scaling rapidly across cities and countries and require execution partners who can deliver with speed, consistency, and innovation,” Bhandari stated.

Bhandari further noted that the company’s ambitious financial targets are grounded in a robust infrastructure of localized expertise and automated processes. “Our ₹150 crore revenue target is backed by strong operational capabilities, technology-led systems, and growing trust from enterprise and managed workspace clients. We are not just expanding geographically, we are building a long-term ecosystem driven by people, processes, and technology,” he added.
