Table Space Expands Hyderabad Footprint by 5,00,000 Sq. Ft. with Managed Office Deal at Grava Business Park

Hyderabad, May 19, 2026: Flexible workspace provider Table Space has announced a strategic expansion of its Hyderabad portfolio, adding approximately 500,000 square feet of enterprise managed office space across the high-demand micro-markets of HITEC City and Kokapet. The expansion highlights the city’s growing prominence as a major hub for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and large enterprise operations, driven by an influx of demand from the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI), technology, life sciences, and artificial intelligence sectors, the company said in a press release.
The centerpiece of this expansion is a deal for nearly 400,000 square feet acrossTowers 10 and 20 at Grava Business Park, located in the emerging Neopolis commercial district of Kokapet. The next-generation business destination, which is targeting LEED and IGBC Platinum certifications, provides seamless transit via the Nehru Outer Ring Road and proximity to a planned metro corridor. At this location, Table Space will deliver a mix of its signature custom-built managed workspaces and ready-to-move-in suites to cater to growing corporate requirements.

Commenting on the deal, Harini Adidam, Associate Executive Director Sales – Hyderabad, Table Space, said, “Key micromarkets such as HITEC City and the emerging Neopolis corridor are witnessing strong enterprise demand. Our continued expansion in the corridor, which includes the landmark take-up at Grava Business Park, one of our largest managed workspace transactions, strengthens our ability to support enterprises looking to strategically scale in Hyderabad’s emerging markets.”
In addition to the Neopolis corridor, Table Space has strengthened its footprint in HITEC City with two new premium additions. The firm has secured around 50,000 square feet at the K. Raheja Mindspace IT Park near the Raidurg Metro Station, and an additional 48,000 square feet at the LEED Platinum-certified Aparna Technopolis near the HITEC City Metro Station. These centers will offer enterprise-grade infrastructure, including dedicated collaboration zones, meeting rooms, and training spaces, capitalizing on HITEC City’s mature ecosystem and deep talent pools.

Nitish Bhasin, Chief Sales Officer, Table Space, said, “Hyderabad continues to deliver on core GCC priorities – scalability, cost efficiency, access to skilled talent, and pro-business policies. As organizations continue to establish and expand their presence in the city, demand persists for flexible and agile, enterprise-grade workplace solutions across prime commercial corridors. This momentum aligns with Table Space’s broader growth across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune, underscoring our strategy of early identification of high-growth micro-markets and scaled investment in premium Grade A assets to fuel sustained success.”
The aggressive expansion aligns with recent industry data from JLL’s India GCC Guide 2026, which notes that Hyderabad currently commands a 20% to 23% market share of India’s BFSI and analytics GCC segments. By providing a flexible leasing model featuring shorter lock-in periods paired with premium Grade A specifications, Table Space continues to scale its operations across India’s top office hubs, serving a diverse clientele that includes global tech firms, Big Four consultancies, fintechs, and life sciences corporations, the press release added.
