Karyan Group Launches ₹1,500 Crore Luxury Residential Project on NH-24, Ghaziabad
Ghaziabad, May 20, 2026: NCR-based real estate developer Karyan Group has launched its luxury residential project, Trevana Residences, strategically located on the high-growth NH-24 corridor opposite Wave City in Ghaziabad. The company will invest ₹900 crore into the development and is targeting an estimated revenue of nearly ₹1,500 crore, capitalizing on the surging demand for premium properties in emerging National Capital Region (NCR) micro-markets. The project is scheduled for completion by 2030, Karyan Group said in a press release.
Trevana Residences will feature 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments designed with expansive layouts and sustainable infrastructure. The development includes a grand 45,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, a bowling alley, pickleball and paddle courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and eco-conscious features such as rainwater harvesting and solar-powered common areas. Positioned to offer seamless connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Meerut, the site sits in close proximity to upcoming metro links, educational institutions, and primary business districts.
According to recent Knight Frank real estate market reports, the Ghaziabad region—particularly the NH-24 and Wave City belt—has emerged as one of NCR’s fastest-growing residential destinations. This acceleration is driven by major infrastructure upgrades, highway connectivity, and an increasing consumer preference for spacious, upper mid-segment homes that focus on lifestyle and long-term value appreciation.
