Arisinfra Secures ₹79.05 Crore Contract For Mumbai’s Goregaon-Mulund Link Road Twin Tunnel Project
Mumbai, July 16, 2026: Technology-enabled construction materials and infrastructure solutions provider Arisinfra Solutions Limited has bagged a significant work order worth ₹79.05 crore from the J. Kumar – NCC (GMLR) JV. The contract mandates the company to handle the loading, transportation, and disposal of excavated material for the prestigious Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) Twin Tunnel Project in Mumbai, marking a major expansion of the firm’s urban infrastructure portfolio, Arisinfra Solutions said in a press release.
Under the terms of the agreement, Arisinfra will assume end-to-end management of the massive volumes of excavated earth generated during the tunnel boring process. The company’s responsibilities will span the deployment of specialized loading equipment, the mobilization of a dedicated transport fleet, the identification and management of approved dumping yards, and the acquisition of necessary statutory approvals and environmental clearances to ensure compliant disposal.
The Goregaon-Mulund Link Road stands as one of Mumbai’s flagship public works initiatives, designed to drastically improve the city’s heavily congested transit corridors. The massive project features twin tunnels that will directly link Film City in Goregaon to Khindipada in Mulund, bridging a crucial gap in east-west connectivity and significantly cutting down daily commute times across the metropolitan region.
