Profit Before Tax stood at ₹267 million, registering a 323% year-on-year increase. Growth during the quarter was driven by higher-margin, capital-efficient business segments, with Contract Manufacturing and Services contributing 63% of total revenue compared to 49% a year ago.
Contract Manufacturing alone grew 83% year-on-year to ₹1,540 million, while the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) segment expanded 48% year-on-year to ₹277 million, bringing its portfolio’s Gross Development Value under execution to ₹18,391 million across 10 active projects. The company’s Asphalt business also scaled to ₹529 million in revenue, while customer retention saw the repeat order rate improve to 82%.
Key strategic milestones secured during the quarter included a ₹650 crore Gross Development Value project under a DaaS mandate for the Wadhwa Wise City integrated township in Panvel, marking one of Arisinfra’s largest DaaS engagements to date.

Additionally, the company secured a ₹79 crore work order from the J. Kumar–NCC Joint Venture for the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road Twin Tunnel Project in Mumbai. Operationally, Arisinfra served 3,412 customers through 2,229 sourcing vendors across 1,192 PIN codes in 23 states and union territories, supported by over 10 contract manufacturing plants with 9 million MTPA reserved capacity and proprietary technology integrations like CARA AI and ArisGPT.
Commenting on the financial and operational results, Ronak K. Morbia, Chairman and Managing Director, said, “We are pleased to begin FY27 with a strong performance that reflects the strength of our integrated business model and disciplined execution. The quarter demonstrates the operating leverage inherent in our business, with higher-margin Contract Manufacturing and Developer-as-a-Service continuing to increase their contribution while driving improved profitability.”
Addressing recent commercial achievements and the company’s business trajectory, Morbia added, “Our recent wins, including the DaaS mandate in Mumbai and the materials win for Goregaon–Mulund Link Road Twin Tunnel Project, reflect the strength of our network and the trust our partners place in us. We remain confident of sustaining this momentum through the rest of the year.”
Looking forward, the company stated that India’s construction and infrastructure sectors continue to present significant long-term growth opportunities, supported by public infrastructure investment, urbanization, and private capital expenditure. Backed by a strengthened balance sheet and asset-light framework, Arisinfra remains focused on expanding its integrated platform by increasing contract manufacturing capacity, deepening its DaaS portfolio, expanding into higher-margin product categories, and leveraging artificial intelligence to drive operational efficiency.
